1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mercy Chain's services, including the Mercy Chain Reading Reminder service and any related applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mercy Chain provides a platform for users to track their Quran reading activities and earn DNA.M tokens as rewards. The Service requires registration with a valid invitation code, which must be obtained through our invitation request process.

3. Registration and Invitation Process

To use our Service, you must:

1. Request an invitation code by providing required information
2. Confirm your email address through our verification process
3. Wait for approval and receipt of your personal invitation code
4. Register for the main service using your invitation code

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Attempt to circumvent any security features of the Service
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the reward system

5. DNA.M Tokens and Rewards

Mercy Chain offers DNA.M tokens as rewards for reading the Quran. These tokens:

• Are awarded based on verified reading activity
• Have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
• May be subject to terms, conditions, and limitations
• May be revoked if obtained through fraudulent means
• Are managed at the sole discretion of Mercy Chain

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mercy Chain and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service without our prior written consent.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Mercy Chain expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mercy Chain, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
